Graticule collects personal information about its contacts in diverse ways. These include customer, supplier, employee and other contacts. Most personal information relates to inquiries from customers and potential customers by an inquiry form on its website, by telephone and email inquiries, by licensing its software products and services to customers, by undertaking custom software development contracts, by offering technical software engineering consultancy and by provdiing training and similar services.
The personal information received by registration for software evaluation, technical support subscriptions, licensing of computer software and data is provided by visitors to its website and customers on a voluntary basis.
